>> All right, I'm Michelle Ing [phonetic]. I am a specialty sales analyst at Coty Cosmetics, Coty BDUS [phonetic]. I'm on their specialty sales team. And we are a fragrance and beauty company. We are headquartered in France. It's an originally French company. We are most known for our fragrances. We sell brands such as Vera Wang, Prada, Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs. And now really our beauty side of the business is growing. So on the beauty side, we have brands such as Sally Hansen, NYC Color, Rimol [phonetic], and then we have acquired OPI Nail Color, and also Philosophy. So that is what my company does. And we are the right now, the fifth largest cosmetics company. And I'm on the specialty sales team. On a day to day basis, my role consists of getting rid of the excess and obsolete product from our company. So it's an interesting role because we kind of take everything that we have made to which of, didn't sell enough of. And we get rid of it to what we call the aftermarkets. So it's companies such as like Ross, TJ Max, ninety nine cent stores. We do meet with our customers a lot. So, I mean, they come in once a month. It depends on how large of an account they are for us. But we'll present them with new items. We'll try to, we'll kind of give them an update of our business and then try to get a feel for their business. How it's doing, what they're looking for. So we do have a lot of customer interactions. And then also the way we sell things. You know, sometimes we have what we call an auction format. So we'll have companies bid on the product they're looking for. And that takes a lot of manage. It's a lot of product, a lot of different skews. So just managing that whole process, managing the purchase order process of that. And then also we meet with marketing and demand planning lot. Because they're the ones who tell us, oh, this item isn't selling well. Can you get rid of it for me? They're the ones who give us our list of inventory. So we're constantly meeting with them, making sure we're selling the right things. If they need some things back, we'll manage that process as well.
