About the role
Farmers Insurance is hiring recent graduates who want to build a professional career working with people, learning how businesses operate, and developing long-term client relationships. This role is designed for early-career professionals who want structured training, mentorship, and a clear growth path.
You’ll work alongside an established Farmers Insurance agency team, supporting client conversations, learning how coverage solutions are built, and gaining real exposure to how a professional services business runs day to day.
No prior insurance experience is required. Training and licensing support are provided.
