Responsibilities
- Special projects supporting the Human Resources team
- Application of Lean Principles to HR Processes
- Updating current process utilizing technology advancements
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and team skills
- Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Desired Software Skills Requirements
- Proficient with MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
