The Rhoden Fellowship, funded by ESPN, is a year-long program focused on developing new voices to increase diversity and inclusion in the newsroom. The Fellows serve as on-campus correspondents and are expected to produce multimedia content for Andscape including the latest news and coverage from various events such as the Big East men’s and women’s basketball tournament, Celebration Bowl, NCAA Final Four (men’s and women’s), NFL Draft and more. In addition, the students produce a bi-weekly podcast about HBCU-related content, entertainment, and sports.
