Job Title: AI/ML Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability and efficiency.
Work with large datasets, ensuring data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models into existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and software developers.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and implement best practices.
Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Deploy models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Ensure AI/ML solutions adhere to ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, deep learning, or predictive analytics.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, or Azure ML.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Dask.
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with edge AI, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, C++, or R).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
