Our office offers a unique program that allows students to develop skills in financial planning, sales, marketing, and leadership development, as well as unique sales and non-sales compensation opportunities.
The Opportunity:
Leadership and Development – From self-management and self-motivation to courage, interpersonal risk taking, and leading others, this program allows students to achieve a leadership mindset that will guide them as they pursue their future careers.
Sales and Outreach – Each LDP intern has the opportunity to grow a personal network, establish professional relationships, and master appointment setting,
dialing, and prospecting in order to meet sales goals.
Financial Planning – More than just training and professional guidance, LDP interns get valuable, hands-on financial planning experience by working directly with successful Northwestern Mutual advisors and clientele.
