About the Role

Want to break into sales and start closing deals fast? As an Investment Real Estate Sales Agent at New Western, you’ll connect real estate investors with exclusive off-market properties and gain unmatched transactional experience – fast.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

  • Prospecting and qualifying investor leads (including cold calling)
  • Building and maintaining your book of active investors
  • Matching clients with investment properties that match their investment strategy
  • Coordinating showings, offers, and closings
  • Driving toward monthly performance goals and rankings

We’re Looking For People Who Are:

  • Hungry to grow in sales or real estate (no license needed to apply – we’ll show you how to get your license)
  • Energized by fast-paced environments and self-driven earnings
  • Comfortable making lots of calls, handling rejection, and competing with peers
  • Looking to build momentum in their career, not just a job.
  • Able to commit full-time, in-person, with reliable transportation
  • Living in the market you are applying for OR already have plans to relocate to that market.

  • This is a 100% commission, independent contractor role (like most real estate jobs). If you’re not comfortable with that, this likely isn’t for you.
  • You’ll need (or be ok working toward) a real estate license – we can help with this.
