Responsibilities
- Documents drafting, formatting, filing, quality control review
- Organization of meetings or social events (including agenda drafting, room booking, meeting minutes etc.)
- Managing the reception of media
- Tracking, processing, and organizing various documents, shipments, invoices etc.
- Coordination of business trips and submission of expense reports
- Managing venue of external persons coming to the office (directors, candidates, sponsor, new hires etc.)
- Reviewing incoming medical imaging data for clinical trials for initial quality standards
- Easy project-related tasks (e.g. spreadsheets updates, reports, presentations, correspondence, access request to Medpace systems for readers, etc.)
Qualifications
- High school diploma and some relevant professional experience in respective field/area;
- Preferred: Pursuing degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook;
- Organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately follow procedures for completing work tasks;
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties;
- Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines;
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to suggest solutions to problems.
