Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build relationships within the fuel ethanol and/or carb processing industry.
- Assist with progressing opportunities and achieving group revenue targets.
- Understand the operational details of an ethanol (or equivalent manufacturing) process to find new opportunities and assist with the sales process.
- Assist in the development of account plans and present commercial offers based on marketing strategy.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, consisting of technical service, supply, marketing, and research to service our customer with the high IFF standard.
- Help to resolve customer issues and define unmet needs.
- Effectively utilize business, sales and technical tools (i.e. SPO Milestones, complex internal calculators, Forecasting tool, Salesforce.com, MS Office) as it fits the needs of the position.
Qualifications
- University degree (min. BS) in Engineering or Science with technical acumen
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or technical role.
- Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Self-starter; independent achiever and highly motivated
- Willingness to travel up to 50% – this position will be home office based with customers in primarily the Midwest region.
- 1-2 yrs of experience in the ethanol, corn processing, agricultural, food or chemical industry (Preferred but not required).
