Partnering with EarthOptics looks like:
- We bring climate and agronomy project opportunities directly to you, based on your location, equipment, and service radius.
- You choose the projects you want to take on—no long-term commitments required.
- We provide access to tools, equipment (for lease), and protocols required for each project.
- You collect and scan samples, ship them out, and invoice us directly.
- We provide prompt payment upon completion.
As an EarthOptics partner, you would:
- Support research on field crops, grassland, and timberlands as our on-the-ground partner.
- Travel to a variety of landscapes to collect field data with precision and care.
- Perform physical soil sampling, to include: Bulk Density, Carbon, and Meter Core samples. You may also use our proprietary technology – GroundOwl and Auto Digital Cone Penetrometer (ADCP) unit(s).
- Follow procedures and protocols to ensure accurate data collection
- Manage, transport, and maintain sampling equipment.
- Prepare, print, pack, and ship samples to labs.

Agronomy
- Field Visit: $50
- Zone Samples: $16/sample
- Point Samples: $7/sample
- Deep Nitrate Samples: $10
- GroundOwl Scan 60’ Swaths: $1.50/ac
- ADCP Add-on: $0.25/ac

- Typically paid per acre based on project scope. EarthOptics provides a formal offer for your review prior to work.

Partners must:
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Have access to or be willing to lease a SxS / UTV
- Maintain confidentiality
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Be dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Be open to travel and flexible in changing conditions
