Job Summary:
As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with both the sales and marketing teams to identify and nurture qualified leads for the Sales Executive Team. This is a hybrid role that provides the perfect foundation for individuals who are early in their sales careers and eager to develop into a full-cycle sales professional. Our SDR program serves as a key talent pipeline for promotion into Sales Executive positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively drive targeted campaigns, including cold-calling, email outreach, and social selling, to identify and engage qualified leads.
- Appointments & Demos: Schedule qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for Sales Executives, helping them move opportunities forward.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with Sales Executives to strategically identify and prioritize target prospects, leveraging data and analytics to refine outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads from marketing efforts, nurturing them through the sales funnel. Engage with prospects to assess their needs, aligning their goals with our solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of our product’s use cases and customer verticals, allowing you to communicate its value effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with your manager and marketing to provide feedback on messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Professional Development: Take part in regular sales training and development programs. This role offers fast-track career growth opportunities into Sales Executive roles.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: A college degree or equivalent relevant experience, along with prior experience in a customer-facing role/s, is required. Experience in technology, data or SaaS is a plus.
- Prospecting Skills: Ability to cold-call, identify decision-makers, and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey complex value propositions clearly.
- Self-Starter: A history of self-motivation, goal orientation, and resilience in fast-paced, competitive environments.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and email marketing platforms. An ability to learn and leverage new technology quickly.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and insights to refine outreach strategies, with a focus on improving lead conversion rates.
