What You’ll Do
- Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by licensed Occupational Therapists.
- Lead play-based activities that develop fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
- Support therapy in various settings—clinics, homes, schools, and the community.
- Document progress, communicate with families, and adapt techniques as needed.
- Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, SLPs, and PTs to deliver well-rounded care.
What We’re Looking For
- A graduate of an accredited COTA program with Missouri licensure (or eligibility).
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Comfort with active, hands-on work including floor play and movement-based sessions.
- A compassionate heart and a passion for helping children succeed.
Additional Details
- Our clinics are located in Willow Springs and West Plains, MO, with opportunities to work at one or both locations.
- New graduates are welcome—we’ll support you with mentorship and training.
