Role and Responsibilities:
As a Technician at CCI, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for:
– Setting up, maintaining, and producing detailed plans, contract documents, and electronic design drawings using AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
– Performing preliminary design tasks essential for project completion.
– Collaborating effectively with CCI team members across multiple departments.
– Providing robust support to principals, project managers, and project designers.
– Correcting internal markups and conducting initial quality control checks to ensure compliance with CAD/Revit standards.
– Managing the transfer of physical and electronic documents to clients.
Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will possess:
– 2-3 years of experience with an architectural or engineering firm.
– A related technical or associate’s degree.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs, prioritize tasks, and execute high-quality work.
