Position Summary
To lead the simplification of the QA batch record review process. The role will evaluate and identify key fields from existing batch records that should be the focus by QA Batch Record Reviewers, instead of conducting a review of the whole record. The role will involve leveraging inputs such as improvement of the abbreviate batch record review process and streamline the QA data review process. Program dates: Monday, June 2 – Friday, August 8, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the guidelines to select the instructions that will become the abbreviated report for the batch record review revision
- Coordinate meetings with experienced QAs and IT personnel from the areas to select the instructions of the Batch Record abbreviated report
- Develop a comprehensive Project Management Plan to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives
- Document the required form with the justification of the instructions that will be removed from QA auditing process
- Prepare and deliver presentation materials to effectively communicate project progress and outcomes to Management
Qualifications & Experience
- Applicants must attend an accredited university in Puerto Rico or reside in Puerto Rico.
- At least Third Year student of a B.S./ B.A , ideally in Science, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Knowledgeable about Excel and basic Project Management tools
