To lead the integration of the Smartsheet tool with an Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution or alternative mechanism, aimed at automating the Quality Assurance (QA)/Root Cause Analysis (RCA) resources assignment. The role will involve leveraging inputs such as QA resources workload, expertise and target deviation due dates to optimize and streamline the assignment process. Program dates: Monday, June 2 – Friday, August 8, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a use-friendly tool for Quality Operations/Root Cause Analysos (RCA) personnel that requires a minimal maintenance and programming post-implementation
- Develop a comprehensive Project Management Plan to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives
- Create job aids and user guides to facilitate tool adoption and usage
- Prepare and deliver presentation materials to effectively communicate project progress and outcomes to Management
Qualifications & Experience
- Applicants must attend an accredited university in Puerto Rico or reside in Puerto Rico
- Third Year of a B.S./ B.A, ideally in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Knowledgeable about AI (Artificial Intelligence) basic tools, Excel and basic Project Management tools
